Hi, I'm Michele.

I have my Master's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington. My 8 years of experience in mental health includes working as a case manager, therapist for intensive outpatient services, wrap-around services for youth and families, therapy in residential facilities and facilitating groups for grief/loss, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. For the past 4 years, I have been a Mental Health Specialist in the school setting. I am contracted with Washington State University to run a family program to help increase family communication, prevention and promote healthy relationships. I am also a trauma informed Breathe for Change Yoga instructor including mindful movements and breathing techniques.
